Free arts events on Highfield Campus for all the family to enjoy? from 11am to 4pm.

On 26 July? Turner Sims? the Nuffield Theatre and The John Hansard Gallery will join forces to host a day of free concerts? events and activities to celebrate arts and culture on Highfield campus as part of London 2012 Open Weekend.

Jazz it up – Turner Sims

Catch free jazz concerts? try your hand at junk instrument making and have a go at a drumming workshop as Turner Sims Jazz it up. The concerts take place at 11am (Rhythmica)? 1pm (天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Youth Jazz Orchestra) and 3pm (Gary Crosby’s Allstars).

Summer Party – The John Hansard

Make a mess and have some fun while trying out five different art media. Join the race to create a masterpiece in an hour? as part of the Modern Art Pentathlon starting at 12:15pm.

Open Theatre Day – The Nuffield Theatre

There will be two Bollywood Dance workshops in the Nuffield Theatre auditorium (courtesy of Art Asia), the Reduced Cinema Experience with City Eye, the Animal Dash 100m fancy dress race and theatre games workshops. While all the activities are free, some of the sessions are ticketed due to limited availability.
