Last year? the University volunteered for the Stonewall Workplace Equality?Index? which assesses the friendliness of the organisation for our gay? lesbian and bisexual colleagues. As part of the assessment process? Stonewall conducts a Staff Survey? to be completed by LGB staff? and last?year we had an above-average participation level for the HE sector.

The survey for this year’s Index is already open? and we hope to have even?more people take part. If you are LGB then please follow the link below,?and if you know any LGB colleague, then please encourage them to take?part. There is one page of questions, followed by some optional monitoring?questions, which take less than five minutes to complete.
