Frontrunner is for disabled students (18yrs+) who want to improve their capacity to lead.

It’ll take you beyond the classroom into the local community and give you the opportunity to visit local and international businesses? public sector bodies and community groups.

During the four days you will:

? understand what it means to lead, using the experience of others

? improve your ability to ask questions that get you the answers?you need

? test your leadership skills through applied practice

? practice working collaboratively

? learn to give and receive constructive feedback.
