Within 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Water there is minimum of 50 Alien?non-native species which have been introduced to this area by a?number of different vectors.

Some non-native species have been in this area for over a hundred?years and many local people consider them to be native, other?non-native species have been found more recently within the last few?years. This talk will discuss the methods of introduction and?highlight a few key alien species which can be found in the local?area.

This talk will be given by Moira MacLean, a Research Assistant and?part-time vessel crew person at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载.

The Marine Life Talks are held on the first?Thursday of the month at 7.30pm at the National Oceanography Centre?天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载, and are open to the public, staff and students. Please?arrive at 7.15pm to be met in Reception. Arrangements for wheelchairs?must be made in advance.
