This event is for GPs, practice managers,?commissioners and emerging clinical commissioning groups who are?interested in how technology incorporating telecare and telehealth?can support work in primary care.? There will exhibitors from?commercial companies and sessions will focus on how to use technology?to manage long term conditions.
