The two modules, Essentials of Diversity and Managing?Diversity are designed to educate all staff about equality and?diversity, and covers topics that are new to everyone. All staff are?encouraged to enrol and complete the course as part of their?induction.

To enrol go to blackboard.soton.ac.uk, login?with your University username and password and search for ‘diversity?in practice’ on the Courses tab. Click the downward arrow next to?Diversity -001, select Enrol then click Submit.
