You’re encouraged to help reduce our energy use and carbon emissions over the Christmas period by pledging to take a few festive actions before you leave the office.

Join us in pledging to:

• Switch off and unplug all electronic appliances, including printers, heaters and chargers. (Remember, your computer does not need to be left on to connect remotely via the VPN)
• Turn down all radiator valves to the lowest setting
• Close all windows
• Turn off all the lights when you leave
• Ensure taps are turned off tightly and report any leaks to Estates and Facilities
• Take all you waste to the nearest mixed recycling bin
• Empty the office fridge
