Professor Brenda Hannigan, Professor of Corporate Law at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载, is giving training for all Directors who may require a refresh on the role or who may be new to their position.

The training includes an overview of companies, focusing on; formation, types, governance structure, shareholder role and liquidation.

The course, which takes place over two days, also covers Directors duties such as; roles, responsibilities and liabilities.

This training is recommended if you are:

– new to being a Director

– about to become a Director

– are an experienced Director who has not attended training
