How does your body movement relate to your arm function?

arm researchWould you like to participate in research?

We are looking for healthy male and female individuals aged 40-65 to help us gain a deeper understanding about the relationship between body movement and arm function. This will form part of a larger stroke research.

What is involved?

We will require you to make one visit to the motion analysis laboratory in the Faculty of Health Sciences (Building 45). A second visit may be required if you decide to participate in a sub-study of this research. The second visit is entirely voluntary. In the laboratory, we will assess and capture your body and arm movement using a motion analysis system while you perform?eight simple arm tasks in a seated position.
