This month, the University will implement a?two per cent?pay uplift to its Level 1-7 pay scales, effective from 1 August 2014, with changes being reflected in salaries at the end of August.?

This uplift reflects the agreed outcomes of the 2014-15 national negotiating round, as announced by the Universities & Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) in June.
