The Researchers’ Café is a new way for researchers to meet each other and other staff/students and the public and discuss their research in an informal space. Come along for a fun evening, learn and stretch your grey matter! Attendees are free to drop in and out across the evening.

The first meeting will?feature three topics:

• Tackling the global asthma epidemic?with Dr Timothy Hinks.
• Is there potential to use the city as a source of scarce metals??with PhD student Sandra Mueller
• Global sustainability versus personal responsibility?with Dr Tony Curran
