ILIaD are running a Managing Difficult Conversations workshop on Friday 5 December, 09.00 – 12.30 on Highfield Campus.

This fun and informative workshop will use interactive forum theatre to explore powerful techniques for having difficult and challenging conversations. Participants will have the opportunity to practise and explore how these techniques can be applied in real situations.
