This year, the University?is delighted to welcome Felipe Fernández-Armesto to present the?Ramón Pérez de Ayala Biennial lecture at 18:00 on Monday 2 March at Avenue Campus.

The Lecture is supported by the Cultural Office of the Spanish Embassy and honours the life and work of Ramón Pérez de Ayala (1881-1952), novelist, poet and critic.

It is intended that the Lecture should serve as a celebration of the contribution of the Universities of Portsmouth and 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 to Spanish Studies in the United Kingdom and as a means of bringing together the academic and civic communities of the two cities.

This lecture will be chaired by Professor Clare Mar-Molinero, Associate Dean (Internationalisation) and Professor of Spanish.Sponsored by the Cultural Office of the Spanish Embassy.
