As part of its commitment to pay a fair wage to its lowest paid employees, the University is proactively raising its allowance in line with yesterday’s guidance from the Living Wage Foundation.

All University employees on the first four spinal points of the pay scale will receive an updated allowance that raises their hourly rate to ?8.25.

This will take effect in the November 2015 payroll.
