The John Hansard Gallery invites?parents and children to join them for a free workshop called ‘Noise Mechanics’ this Saturday 16 January from 12.00 to 15.00.

The workshop is being run by artists Abigail Gilchrist and Letty Clarke and is aimed at children aged 8 and above. It will?allow?children?to?explore the ‘shapes’ of sound and encourage them to build their own sculptures which look like the noises they?hear.

Participants are requested to bring along a packed lunch and clothes that can get messy.
