In December 2015, the University launched the Leadership and Management Framework Project. Over 70?staff?from around the University volunteered to participate in the working groups.

A key principle of this project is to work collaboratively across the University to deliver the framework. We have selected 30 people from those who volunteered?to be part of the working groups. This will ensure representation from?all areas and levels within the University. The further 40 volunteers will act as a feedback group, providing views and ideas on the outputs?of the working group meetings.

The first working group meeting was held on 6 January 2016 . The Vice-Chancellor, who is the Executive Sponsor for the project, joined the meeting?to share his views on the value this project will bring to the University.

The group will meet every 2 weeks to progress this work, initially?looking at leadership, management and staff behaviours. From this the group will?build the framework blue print.
