In conjunction with the City of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载’s inaugural?Sustainability Week, the University’s Environmental Science Society (EnvSoc) is hosting its first event of the academic year for students and the wider community.

Date: Saturday 1 October.

Time: 12:00?– 16:00.

Location: Highfield Church Centre, Highfield Lane, 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 (2 minute walk from Highfield Campus).

The event will begin with a lunch?featuring produce from the local Sunnyfields Farm and Brighton’s Infinity Foods made by the EnvSoc committee. There will also?be live music, short-films and stalls from local organisations.

The lunch will be followed by a series of short talks including an introduction by Professor Mary Edwards on ‘Global Environmental Change’ and a lecture by Professor Ian Williams on ‘天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Global Food Waste Challenge’, with time for breaks and scrumptious homemade desserts.
