This week saw a major milestone in the communication of our strategy to the senior leaders of the University at the Strategy Colloquium, members participated in?a series of presentations?and workshops to?ensure they are all?ready to communicate the outline of the 10-Year Plan within their respective areas.

The presentation slides from the meeting have been made available to the Strategy Colloquium members and to the Unions – in advance of an on-going?University-wide communications campaign, starting with the Vice-Chancellor’s Campus Tour in November.

The?University will wait until after Sir Christopher Snowden has completed his Campus Tour before releasing a ‘communications tool-kit’ consisting of?the slides, links to a video of Sir Christopher Snowden explaining the outline 10-Year Plan, FAQ and feed-back documents, plus a guide on?how to use the tool-kit.

In the spirit of collegiality, line managers are encouraged to cascade the outline 10-Year Plan via?face-to-face meetings, giving staff the opportunity to ask questions and to facilitate discussion. The tool-kit will be released on 17 November 2016, teams may wish to make arrangements for their meetings now, please allow at least 2 hours.
