As part of the Global Partnerships Award Series, the Global Visiting Fellowships Scheme?enables distinguished visiting staff from the University’s priority partner institutions to collaborate on a range of research and profile-raising activities over a three-year period.
Funding is still available for global visiting fellows to start in 2018-19. The International Office is now accepting applications. This second round of applications will close on 21 September 2018.

We are delighted to welcome our first visiting fellow under the Global Visiting Fellowships Scheme, Professor Emad Khalil?this summer. Emad plans to use the fellowship to strengthen research links between 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载’s Maritime Archaeology institute and his own Archaeology department at the University of Alexandria, Egypt.

The Global Visiting Fellowship is the successor-scheme to the Diamond Jubilee Visiting Fellowship, which has funded a total of 29 Fellows from institutions in ten countries.
