Provide your feedback on our Travel Management Company

In October 2017, the University introduced a single travel management provider called Clarity.

Since then, Clarity has processed more than 15,000 transactions for our University.

People walking at the airport?

In the new term, we will be publishing insights from the first year of working with Clarity and will also be highlighting some of the improvements that the company is currently implementing.

In the meantime, the Finance team is inviting staff to submit feedback on their experiences of booking through Clarity.

The feedback will be reviewed internally, but may be shared anonymously with the Clarity team to help continue to improve the service it provides.
