Colleagues may be aware of Oxford’s decision to suspend research grants and funding donations with Huawei Technologies.

We plan to continue working with Huawei, but we will keep this under review as we do regularly with the wide range of? domestic and international partners with whom we have a relationship.

Examples of projects supported by funding from Huawei include the development of innovative consumer audio (3D) technologies and work experience placements as part of Huawei’s ‘Seeds for the Future’ programme, which send undergraduates to the company’s global headquarters in Shenzen, China.
