Be in your colleague’s corner on Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day?on 7 February is an opportunity for everyone to have a conversation about mental health.

One in four?of us will experience a mental health problem and nine?in 10 say they have faced negative treatment from others as a result. Mental health affects us all and we should feel able to talk about it.

This Time to Talk Day on?7 February, please join Health and Wellbeing for tea, biscuits and a chat at the Occupational Health, 31 University Road, Highfield Campus between 12:0014:00. (Please bring your own mug/cup!)

As well as this, 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 County Council are also holding a event on?Level 1 of Westquay Shopping Centre?at 12:00.?Come along for the opportunity to get advice and information from local organisations including Solent Mind, No Limits, Samaritans and 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Voluntary Services.

The?Faith and Reflection Centre?are also holding their regular soup lunch with a ‘Time to Talk’ focus. This is running from 12:3013:30.
