The changes include the following functionality:

• Improved search mechanism (i.e it will be faster, it will pick up more content than before, and it will remember previous searches)
• A new app will be available so that you can see all your bookings on your phone
• A new Trip Planner (i.e. an enhanced traveller/booker itinerary ability which will help users to manage their journeys)

All staff who regularly book travel through Clarity have been emailed information about the launch and what to expect.
