Researchers at University Hospital 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 (UHS) and the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 are set to begin trials of a vaccine pioneered in the UK which could protect against 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载.

The Phase I/II study will assess the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of a novel 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 vaccine.

Around 187 volunteers are needed in 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载, aged 18-55 and in good health to be eligible to participate. If you are interested, please visit?the project website, which contains further information about the trials, what is involved in volunteering and how to register.

“We are really pleased to be supporting our colleagues in Oxford by collaborating on this extremely important study, which is one of only four vaccine trials underway worldwide and could pave the way for a vaccine to be delivered later this year,” said Professor Saul Faust, Professor of Paediatric Immunology and Infectious Diseases at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 and Director of the NIHR 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Clinical Research Facility at UHS.
