The purpose of this study is to provide a picture of what effect the 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 pandemic has had on the wellbeing and contractual relations of the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载’s ECRs. This involves an online survey of Education, Research and Enterprise (ERE) staff at the university. Capturing the needs and challenges of all ECRs university-wide will help inform the planning and design of future support, as well as understanding how developing academics manage in times of crises.

Eligibility criteria: ERE Levels 4 and 5, who can be on fixed or permanent contract, and on a Research, Mixed Portfolio or Enterprise pathway; Education only staff will not be eligible to participate.
