Last weekend (12-13 March), Team 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 were victorious and retained the Varsity trophy against the University of Portsmouth. This is the ninth win in a row for UoS, who defeated Portsmouth with a momentous 158-98 score.

Over 60 fixtures took place across the weekend, including lots of pre-events. All the results from the weekend can be viewed on the University of Portsmouth website.

Team 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 also secured a draw in the Intramural competition – where UoS halls and faculty social sports teams competed against their equivalents at the University of Portsmouth.

This was for the first time in a few years, showing the strength of our Intramural setup which manages to get thousands of students active every year.

“The weekend was a massive success for the team. It was great to see the students conduct themselves brilliantly on and off the field.

“The atmosphere was absolutely electric, and it was a privilege to lift the trophy on behalf of all the hardworking SUSU staff, volunteer members and students who give up lots of their free time to help make Team 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 proud.

“Over the course of the weekend, we had over 1500 students go to Portsmouth to play or support, and on Sunday night we held a very successful sold-out afterparty on campus.”
