The ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) team is pleased to invite you to an academic-industry event: Survive and Thrive: Navigate a turbulent business environment by harnessing academic-industry collaboration. The event aims to demonstrate our researchers’ expertise to minimise the impact of the current turbulent environment on businesses and to develop collaborations to thrive.

Pump-priming funding
Attendees will be able to apply for pump-priming funding from the University’s IAA award from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) to develop academic-industry collaborations. Typically, projects are in the ?3-4k range, but up to ?6k is available per project with justification. Awards will be announced in the week commencing 14 November with projects running up until 28 February 2023. Beyond these pump-primed projects the team would encourage and support collaborations to apply for larger pots of money, e.g., ESRC/Innovate UK or to embark on industry funded consultancy/collaboration agreements.
