Support CHEP in undertaking new research on EDI in Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise

CHEP is conducting research on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the context of Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise (KEE) activities at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 and is seeking participants to contribute to this important research.

Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise is a broad and differentiated field, which incorporates its own specific challenges and resource requirements. CHEP is interested in exploring the enablers and barriers of staff engaging with KEE activities and look to implement improvements to the support and training provision.

CHEP is seeking perspectives from staff already undertaking work in KEE, as well as those not currently engaged in knowledge exchange activities. They also have a particular interest in exploring the intersection between engagement with Knowledge Exchange and protected characteristics.

The research is a questionnaire with opportunities to join a range of more in-depth focus groups and workshops exploring the topic. Participants can contribute to one or both project components.

Ways to get involved:

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr Alex Reynolds, Senior Teaching Fellow in KEE, CHEP: a.reynolds@soton.ac.uk.
