Join us for an online stakeholder engagement workshop and help shape the future of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at the University, as part of the University’s CPD transformation strategic major project.

Following extensive stakeholder engagement activities in 2024, the University Executive Board (UEB) supported the development of a strategic University CPD Hub, which will:
- Improve the infrastructure and systems for delivery of CPD for external audiences
- Promote a flexible and agile way to deliver CPD by simplifying the customer journey
- Foster a coherent and joined-up CPD offer that promotes strategic growth in the University’s areas of expertise
- Support partnership building
- Promote a consistent and excellent customer experience
- Support the civic agenda
- Enable reporting on CPD for the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF).
During the workshop, we will:

- Introduce the University CPD Hub Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Answer questions and comments
We look forward to continuing to engage with colleagues who are involved in (or interested in) developing, delivering, managing, administering, or marketing CPD.
This session is being held in addition to the faculty-specific workshops that took place in February and March. If you were unable to attend those, you are welcome to join this session, which aims to ensure all staff across the university can learn about the CPD Hub and contribute to the discussion.
