Discovery to impact: Biomedical Research Centre open day

Colleagues are invited to join the 2025 NIHR 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Open Day.

The BRC is a longstanding partnership between the University and University Hospital 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载.

The open day will take place at St Mary’s Stadium on Tuesday 13 May.

At this spring’s event, researchers will share how they are advancing experimental medicine from ‘Discovery to Impact’.

The full-day event will include impactful presentations and valuable networking.

Keynote speakers will include Nadim and Tanya Ednan-Laperouse, (pictured above), founders of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation. They will share how the tragic death of their daughter, Natasha, is beginning to change the world for people with food allergies.

Speakers will also include Professor Marian Knight, NIHR Scientific Director for Research Infrastructure, and the Faculty of Medicine’s Professor Keith Godfrey, BRC theme lead for Nutrition, Lifestyle and Metabolism.
