The University is pleased to confirm the new Travel Management Service will be live with effect from Wednesday 1 October 2025.

Following a competitive tender process, Clarity Travel Management will continue as the University’s travel provider – continuing to fulfill the University’s travel management requirements with a new and enhanced service provision.

How to book University Travel under the new agreement:

• Online: Via the Travel SharePoint – Login to ClarityGo (Single Sign On will be the same under the new agreement).
• Phone: The Clarity offline booking team are available 09:00 – 17:30, Mon – Fri on 033 010 2161 (Option 2).
• Email: The Clarity offline booking team can be reached via soton@claritybt.com.
