All staff at Level 5 and above are required to complete the annual Conflicts of Interest Declaration in MyView by 31 August 2025.
This is a mandatory requirement—even if you have no work-related interests to declare.
It takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

Important: Completing your Register of Interests is not the same as submitting your annual Conflict of Interest Declaration. These are two separate steps in different parts of MyView.
Additional Reminders:
- If you have any work-related interests, these must be recorded in your Register of Interests.
- If your line manager identifies a potential or actual conflict, you must agree on a Conflict Management Plan.
- If you are in a personal or intimate relationship with someone who works for or with the University, you may need to declare this depending on your professional relationship.
