The University has launched a new Reasonable Adjustments Guidance SharePoint site to provide clarity to both staff and line managers about the reasonable adjustment process and where to access further support. The new guidance is a key action in the University Disability Inclusion Action Plan.

The University is committed to creating an inclusive University community where everyone feels like they belong. Implementing reasonable adjustments enable us to increase inclusion and accessibility for disabled staff.
Reasonable adjustments are changes that the University makes to remove or reduce any disadvantage that disabled staff may face. The University Inclusion and Respectful Behaviour Policy (section 4.4) sets out how the University meets the needs of our University community by providing reasonable adjustments.
