Over the last few days our founding cohort of UoS Delhi students have started their induction at our campus in Gurugram, thereby becoming the first ever students enrolled in a top 100 UK university with a physical campus in India.

Dr Nalini Sharan, Head of Student Experience at UoS Delhi, said: “Welcoming our students for their fortnight-long induction follows months of hard work and anticipation. Mirroring the enthusiasm of our staff, the first excited students arrived long before the doors were open, despite rainy conditions in Delhi.”

“So far there have been inspiring welcome talks, community-building icebreakers and introductions to the academic staff and support teams. The energy has been incredible. Induction continues with academic orientation, library and learning, and health and wellbeing, before the careers and employability focus this coming week.”
