Supervisor Induction – Expectations of Research Supervision Workshop (in-person)

This is aimed at staff who are new to supervising doctoral researchers. It builds on and develops the themes of the ‘Introduction to doctoral supervision eLearning course’ in an in-person format. Faculty PGR Supervisor forums

Look out for calendar invites from your faculty Doctoral College office to faculty supervisor forums. These are a great opportunity for all supervisors to stay up to date, discuss topics related to PGR supervision and ask questions of the Faculty Director of Graduate School and others, in a faculty-focused community of practice.

Topic-focused sessions and content

There are sessions available throughout the year or recorded/online content to support you with all aspects of the supervisory role, including: PGR progression reviews, navigation of PGR Manager, examining a thesis, supportive conversations and signpost to career development options.
