The start of the new academic year is almost here, and much work has continued in recent weeks to support students joining us – especially those applying through Clearing.?

The Vice-Chancellor,?would like to pass on his thanks on behalf of the University to everyone involved in delivering Clearing this year which has exceeded expectations. ?

We are proud that the combination of hard work from a wide range of colleagues has led to us achieving a record number of students choosing to join us through Clearing, with over 1,300 students choosing this route. This means that we are very close to meeting our undergraduate student number plan for 2025. We plan to continue to remain open for a smaller number of courses where we still have recruitment potential.?

We now move our attention to ensuring all of our students receive a warm welcome to this University.??
