Information from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is available here which sets out the guidance that applies to all employers participating in the apprenticeship programme. It also includes the funding rules which will apply to all levy-paying employers participating in the apprenticeship programme through a digital account on the apprenticeship service.

Line managers are not required to familiarise themselves with all the information provided by the ESFA, but must refer to the following information to ensure their compliance with the apprenticeship levy and regulations;
