Suitable for anyone carrying out Appraisals with staff, including managers and supervisors and those with delegated responsibility

This appraisal training is mandatory for new appraisers and for those who have not previously completed ¡®License to Appraise¡¯ or the previous Appraising with Confidence level 1-3 or level 4-6 workshops. It is also suitable as a refresher. ?The training has been revisited to create this enhanced ¡®Appraising with Confidence¡¯ workshop. ?This practical workshop supports all aspects of appraisal; including how to prepare for and hold meaningful two-way conversations.

In order to support the appraisal process, we have developed a range of eLearning modules to support appraisers and appraisees. Explore the eLearning available below:

Level 1-3 Moving from PPDR to Appraisal: this 15-minute eLearning will guide you through the changes from PPDR to Appraisal. This eLearning is aimed at anyone Level 1-3 and will give you more information on the steps you need to take before the new process is implemented.

• Level 4-7 Changes to Appraisal: This 15-minute eLearning will guide you through the changes to the appraisal process. This eLearning is aimed at anyone Level 4-7 and will give you more information on the steps you need to take before the new process is implemented.
• Appraisee Appraisal Process eLearning: This short eLearning will guide appraisees through their role in the appraisal process
• Appraiser Appraisal Process eLearning: This short eLearning will guide appraisers through their role in the appraisal process
• Second Line Reviewer Role and Responsibilities eLearning: This 10 to 15 minute eLearning will guide second line reviewers through their role in the appraisal process
