Bei’s research focuses on assessing WTO’s potential to contribute to ocean sustainability through dispute settlement. In other words, her research questions, in the context of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, how the WTO dispute settlement mechanism should interact with different regimes when settling fisheries subsidy disputes with environmental concerns.
Before joining the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 as a postgraduate research student, Bei Jin completed her bachelor’s degree in law at the University of International Relations, followed by an LLM in international trade law at the University of Leeds. After her LLM study, Bei worked as a paralegal specializing in anti-dumping and countervailing at the East & Concord Partners for a year.
