Building on the eLearning module Understanding Change, Enabling Change is designed to strengthen your ability to manage and lead to effectively enable change with your people.? Providing a range of tools, frameworks and techniques it will support you to communicate change messages, identify and resolve potential conflict, support others through change and enable you to articulate a plan of action for your area of change.
